What type of business licenses do I need? (Missouri)?

I am considering opening a courier business based out of my home and would like some information on the type of business licenses I will need. I live in the city of Imperial in Jefferson Co, MO (near St. Louis, MO) and will service 3-4 different municipalities. I’m not sure if I need a business license for my county or one for all the areas I serve. Can anyone help?
