Is this good for an 11 year old?

If this is a free hand drawing by an eleven year old ---- I think it is exceptional. It is my belief that this eleven year old is quite talented. Even with the lack of picture clarity you can see it is well drawn. Take it to an art teacher who does free hand drawing and ask their opinion. I believe he / or she will think it is quite good.
