Why is the west so much quick in interfering in Libya & FULLY SILENT on 21 year MACRE by India in Kashmir?

In Kashmir,it is terrorists who rule the state.Being financed by Pakistanis and Islamic terrorists,majority of Kashmiries who want to remain with India are killed by these anti-national elements.It is the duty of the Government of India to oust these elements and to protect the people.It is therefore paramilitary forces are deployed.
