I want to be on tv but the agencies can only get me catalog , what agencies gets commercials or tv shows?

i need an agencies in new york not upstate but if it is i has to be at least within a 20 mile Radius of the city . im only 12 and i have been looking for shows since i was really young , and i really want to do this , plus i have a lot of experience. e-mail me if u have any information please!!!!
