Can I sue this quack?

I had surgery for an umbilical hernia a few years ago, and as a result I got an infection. Because a bandage had to be placed over my lower abdominal area to absorb the drainage of pus, the aforementioned area had to be shaved several times. As a result, the hair in the aforementioned area has grown back somewhat thicker. Needless to say, I do not not appreciate the fact that my six-pack has a goatee. Can I sue the doctor who performed the operation for emotional distress?
