My "friend" did this to me and im really pissed?!?!?

okay so recently i met a friend down in australia. i had planned on living there but nothing was working out for me. i came home and we have been continuing to talk but i have still been having a rough time. shes been telling everyone behind my back how "disturbed" i was in australia and that i need to see a psychologist. now shes telling me the same thing. last year i lost my jb and my boyfriend helped me get fired from it, then i had a nother job where i was abused and i was unemployed for 6 mnths. its been a long lonely year...and this is the crap i get from her , in her emails to me about how i should stop being so negative. i feel like telling her off and cutting her out, what d u think i should do?
