What do you do when you feel like you are alone in this world?

fighting a small bout of depression here, not usually me at all. it turns out playing guitar hero on the wii is not the cure for all that ales you. not sure what is happening with my ex, only know that I can't get her out of my head to save my life. we talk but still not sure what she want's to do in regards to me. life's a beach.
