I need to know if I can change the file name of a video so I can import it on WMM...?

You cannot just rename a video file because it will corrupt it. You can import directly from a video camera to Movie Maker. In move maker there is a capture option, where you can capture and input source such as your video camera. You can also re encode a video to a different format, but this is more difficult.
