Handheld question?

i want to get a handheld, but i'm not sure which kind to get. i'm 14, so it doesn't need to be anything special. just something for my schedule, contacts, photos, etc. i would like it to be under $200. also, the two i was interested in were the Palm Z22 and the Palm Tungsten E2. thanks a bunch! :)
