Who knows some good deoderant i can change to?

i had a hysterectomy 9 months ago and i have never had an underarm oder. since my surgery, i have noticed i have underarm oder no matter what kind of deoderant i use. i have tried secret, dove, and arrid extra dry. for somebody who has never had this problem before, it is very disturbing to me. has anybody had this happen to them since a hysterectomy? HELP!!
