How to make my mom not want a relashionship with me?

let me give you the explanation to my question when i was 12 i lived in Florida in the town of nokomis with my verbally abusive father and my mother who lived 200 miles away a small tourist destination of about 2000 people and was a straight a student i was good i never did anything wrong and i got whatever i wanted until one day for a invalid reason my father wouldn't let me hangout with my best friend Nevada as a result of his decision i decided to rebel and do every thing wrong i got bad grades cussed out my teachers started dealing/using drugs and manipulating my father this went on for about a year and a half until fuburary 4Th when i was being reckless and my father found my stash of Oxycontin weed and countess pieces (bongs pipes bowls) a week later after being locked in my house without notice to me drove me to the airport and sent me to live with my aunt and uncle in phoenix Arizona then he continued to rat out all my friends and consequently ruined about 20 peoples childhoods. life with my aunt was good i kept in touch with my mom but wouldn't speak to my dad they got me into counseling and have not done any drugs since even though given the chance i gladly would im not allowed to talk to all my friends in Florida and my mom still thinks i shouldn't my aunt thinks i should and that's why i have come to despise my mother she wants to to live with her but i don't want to she thinks it is a privlage to live with my aunt even though i would rather be back in Florida she has legal guardian ship of me and my aunt has second hand she is making me fly up to California with her in a week i dont want to visit her either i am planning on either running away or getting kicked off the airplane is there any way to get my mom arrested or trustlegal help with the matter of getting my aunt full custody?
