How to calculate vacuum caused by water hanging in a tube vertically (top of tube is sealed)?

the tube is open from bottom end which is submerged in water tank.. rest of the tube is above water and containing water at higher level than water tank... from top tube is sealed.. now how to calculate the vacuum in the tube for the parcel of air trapped above water level in the tube.
